Bordereaux Analyst (FTC, 12 months)

Summary: The Bordereaux Analyst role offers an opportunity to work with a leading London market insurer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The position involves managing and processing Bordereaux data, ensuring quality and efficiency in data handling, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of the London Insurance Market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submitting relevant Bordereaux to the Binder Bordereaux System for processing data.
• Creating risk and premium mapping templates for new binders/sections and amending existing templates when needed.
• Binder data entry into the Business' systems (Risk, Premium and Claims).
• Resolving validation errors on binder data and escalating issues to Underwriters, Coverholders, or the Delegated Underwriting Team when required.
• Working towards improving binder data quality over time through discussions with brokers, underwriters, and claims bordereaux account managers.
• Continually reviewing and looking to deliver efficiencies and streamlining processes.

Key Skills:

• Mapping and processing of Risk and Premium Bordereaux to a Bordereaux Management System.
• Knowledge of Risk, Premium and Claims Bordereaux and Lloyd's V5.2 standards.
• Understanding of Delegated Authority.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of the London Insurance Market.
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical skills.

Salary (Rate): £50,000.00 yearly
