Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, validation, and processing of bordereaux data from brokers and coverholders.
  • Ensure bordereaux data meets agreed quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • Support the upload and management of data within bordereaux systems and resolve data issues as they arise.
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, breaches and support investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain oversight of data timeliness and query resolution.
  • Support the wider delegated authority team with operational and reporting requirements.
  • Operate in line with internal controls, regulatory standards, and risk management expectations.

Key Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret data accurately.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
  • Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
