Summary: The BoP Coordinator will oversee civil works for a major onshore wind project in the Shetland Islands, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate contractors effectively. The position is site-based and requires candidates to be local or self-fund travel and accommodation. The contract is set to start in November 2025 and will last until Summer 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee civil BoP contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to uphold HSEQ requirements.
- Support the Project Management Team with daily reporting, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
- Perform general project administration duties, including documentation, permits, and site records.
- Liaise with the technical back-office team to ensure alignment on design, schedule, and quality.
- Foster a collaborative and proactive site culture, promoting teamwork and accountability.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience coordinating civil BoP works on onshore wind projects.
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote location.
