- Perform basic administration tasks such as answering calls, data input, and arranging meetings.

Our client, who are a logistics company are looking for a Bookings Administrator join their team in London Gateway. The Bookings Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating transport bookings efficiently and accurately. The role involves working closely with internal teams, drivers, and clients to ensure smooth scheduling and delivery operations.

Responsibilities
- Monitor mailbox and make sure everything is replied to in a timely manner.
- Participate in all day to day bookings / administration activities including, tend to emails, speaking to customers, distributing emails to correct people.
- Assist with effective liaison, support and assistance between bookings/administration department and customers / rest of the company.
- Assist in checking rate confirmations, rating jobs and sending invoices.
- Participate in basic administration jobs such as answering telephone calls, data input & arranging meetings.
- Liaise with support teams to solve any IT or system issues that affect your team.
Must have -
- Experience Working For a UK Based Transport/logistics Company
- Uk based and right to work in the UK
- Strong IT skills - knowledge in Microsoft Office & Excel.
