The Role
We are seeking exceptional Board Members to join Churchill Partners and, where appropriate, the boards of acquired businesses. This is not a non-executive “box-ticking” role . Board members will be actively engaged in:
- Evaluating acquisition opportunities
- Supporting deal execution and financing
- Providing strategic oversight post-acquisition
- Enhancing governance, leadership, and market credibility
Appointments are engagement-based , with remuneration aligned to involvement and impact.
