OPERATORS Collective is a board, advisory, and investment collective of executives, entrepreneurs and experts in maritime, ocean, energy, supply chain and critical infrastructure.
We bring operators, board members, and investors together to work directly with founders on commercial strategy, product validation, capital planning, and go-to-market execution.
The role
We're building board and advisory capacity in the region.
This is not one fixed position.
We're taking applications on a rolling basis and matching qualified operators to board and advisory opportunities as they open, now and in the coming months.
Who we're looking for
- we qualify operators against six criteria and ask for a minimum of two:
- Executive domain expertise: 10+ years and a global network of decision-makers in energy & offshore.
- Startup board or advisory board experience: current or past documented roles, with a formed view of what works and what doesn't
- Board education: at least one completed and documented recognized board education program
- Entrepreneur or intrapreneur: founded a startup or built a new business area from zero in a larger company
- Expert technical knowledge: 7+ years of frontier or in-depth experience in a technical field (e.g. robotics, IoT, coatings, AI)
- Expert functional knowledge: 10+ years in a functional area (e.g. B2B sales, marketing, regulation, strategy, operations, procurement)
