Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BMS market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, end-users, and other key stakeholders.
- Promote the company's BMS products and solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Provide technical guidance to customers, demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of BMS solutions.
- Assess client needs and design tailored BMS solutions in collaboration with the technical and design teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and system demonstrations.
- Collaborate with project and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of BMS solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams during the sales cycle and project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field) or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in sales or technical roles related to Building Management Systems, HVAC, or automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of BMS products, protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus), and system integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.
