Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Programme plan and Roadmap
• Develop processes and procedures for information management
• Manage Common Data Environment
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors regarding information exchanges and coordination
• Collaborate with delivery partners
• Oversee multiple deliveries and champion internal BIM procedures
• Assist project teams to meet client, business, and industry requirements

Key Skills:

• Experience with Common Data Environment, preferably Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Proficiency in Revit for drafting 3D models
• Experience with Navisworks and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud for clash detection
• Ability to provide guidance and training on software and information exchange workflows
• Understanding of BS EN ISO 19650 and its deployment
• Experience in contributing to BIM Execution Plans
• Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors
• Project Management IT systems delivery experience
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows
• Knowledge of 4D animations and planning
