Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end billing cycle using 3E.
  • Prepare draft bills, WIP reports, and matter summaries.
  • Assist with time transfers and write-offs.
  • Generate monthly statements and respond to billing queries.
  • Work closely with Credit Control to support cashflow.
  • Assist with system testing and ad hoc finance projects.
  • Ensure month-end and year-end deadlines are met accurately and efficiently.

Are you an experienced Legal Billing professional available for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent? You will manage the end-to-end billing cycle using 3E, processing bills and credit notes in line with SRA Accounts Rules and internal policies.
