Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and processing of the firm's invoices and credit notes in line with the firm's policies.
- Dealing with fee earner and secretary queries on billing related matters including time transfers, fee allocations and write offs.
- Assisting with the maintenance of the client & matter database.
- Ensuring the correct fee rates are in place.
- Assisting with chasing missing timesheets.
- Potentially assisting with clients requiring e-billing but not essential.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Key Skills:
- Aderant knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
- Previous legal finance experience necessary.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge required.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
- Good attention to detail.
- A team player with a flexible and willing attitude.
- Highly visible with a flexible, positive approach and proactive manner.
