Summary: The Billing Analyst role involves ensuring accurate and timely billing in accordance with customer contracts, while implementing best practices in metering and billing. The position requires providing support to the billing team and managing customer queries efficiently. The role is based in either Winchester or London with a hybrid working arrangement. The analyst will also be responsible for fraud monitoring and maintaining high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fraud monitoring checks on customers billing platforms & creation/management of billing periods.
- Provide a first-class bureau billing service to customers, assisting with Ability/Affinity platform related queries via phone and email.
- Locate where data comes from.
- Discuss how to structure data.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all queries and adhere to all service management principles.
- Respond within the documented SLAs to enquiries from clients and assist them.
- Log and own problems encountered directly or reported by the customer to the support team.
Key Skills:
- Experience within a Telecoms Billing role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
