Summary: The Bid Executive role at Cundall involves leading bid processes for the Dublin office while being based in any UK or Ireland location. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering bids in Word and PowerPoint, with a focus on bid strategy and management.
- Managing the bid process from inception to completion, including leading meetings and collaborating with technical staff.
- Quality checking tender documents prior to submission.
- Leading preparation workshops and creating presentations for interviews.
- Updating CVs, project profiles, and other collateral for bids.
- Conducting research on local opportunities and analyzing trends for business development.
Key Skills:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field.
- A minimum of three years' experience in bid writing, coordinating, or management.
- Proven experience in a professional services or consultancy environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard programs (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe InDesign desirable, Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu).
- Knowledge of public sector bidding formats and e-tenders portal in Ireland is advantageous.
