Summary: The BI Reporting Consultant (BO/Qlik) role involves joining a data-driven transformation programme within the insurance sector, focusing on developing Qlik Sense applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and Qlik Sense solutions
  • Design and develop advanced Qlik Sense dashboards and multi-sheet visualisations
  • Write complex SQL and ETL scripts to load QVD files and populate Qlik Apps
  • Create mashups using Qlik Dev Hub
  • Perform admin tasks using Qlik Management Console
  • Contribute to Agile project ceremonies and team collaboration
  • Engage effectively with business users, executives, and subject matter experts
  • Balance multiple demands while maintaining quality and deadlines
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience developing Qlik Sense Apps and dashboards
  • Strong SQL and ETL Scripting skills
  • Solid understanding of Qlik architecture and administration
  • Experience with Qlik Dev Hub and mashup creation
  • Background in the insurance domain is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience in Agile environments

You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and deliver robust, visually rich Qlik Sense applications. Working with modern BI tools and a mature Agile setup, you'll be central to turning data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions.
