Summary: The BI Reporting Analyst role is a 4-month contract position focused on developing and maintaining dashboards that analyze revenue-generating activities and customer experience metrics. The candidate must possess strong SQL skills and collaborate with various business stakeholders to provide actionable insights through user-friendly dashboards. The role also involves supporting the Customer Success analytics team and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The position is based in London and classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build interactive dashboards to monitor retention and revenue-generating activities.
• Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes to integrate data and support dashboard creation.
• Utilize SQL and Python for querying databases, data manipulation, and automating analysis.
• Support Growth & Retention teams by analyzing and reporting on A/B testing results.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand reporting needs.
• Present data-driven insights to business stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through best practices in data governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
