Summary: The Insight & Analytics Specialist role involves leveraging data to enhance customer journeys and long-term user value within a leading UK Fintech brand. This is a 3-month contract position with a daily rate between £200 and £270, classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and scale high-impact dashboards (Tableau/Qlik) to track revenue drivers and customer health.
- Leverage SQL and Python to build scalable ETL processes and ensure seamless data integration.
- Partner with the Growth team to analyse A/B test results and set performance baselines for future scaling.
- Act as a technical consultant for Sales, Marketing, and Success teams, translating complex data into executive-level insights.
- Drive data integrity and best practices in data management across the function.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to query and manipulate large, complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Python for automation and a strong portfolio of dashboards in Tableau or Qlik.
- 3+ years of experience analysing Call Centre, Telephony, or Digital Support metrics.
- A firm grasp of A/B testing methodologies and performance modelling.
- Proven ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- A degree in a STEM or Business discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
