What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and developing dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions in Sigma Computing
- Building and maintaining Sigma Workbooks, Datasets, and visualisations
- Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions
- Creating KPI reporting and management dashboards across insurance functions
- Writing complex SQL queries and working directly with data within Snowflake
- Supporting the adoption of self-service BI capabilities across the business
- Collaborating with Data Engineering teams to optimise reporting performance and data accessibility
- Ensuring reporting solutions are scalable, accurate, and aligned with business requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a BI Developer, Business Intelligence Developer, or Analytics Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with Sigma Computing
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Sigma
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working with Snowflake
- Solid understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills
- Ability to communicate complex data and insights to non-technical audiences
