BI Developer

Summary: The role of Senior MSBI Developer focuses on leveraging extensive MSBI expertise within the London Market insurance sector. The position requires strong technical skills in data warehousing and ETL development, alongside a solid understanding of insurance processes. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity with a leading insurance client. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced delivery teams and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MSBI solutions using SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Implement advanced SQL Server development and data warehousing solutions.
• Conduct ETL development, reporting, and data integration tasks.
• Apply knowledge of London Market and Lloyd's insurance processes.
• Work with underwriting, bordereaux, claims, policy, or broker data.
• Utilize Power BI and Azure data technologies as needed.

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with the MSBI stack: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS.
• Advanced SQL Server development and data warehousing expertise.
• Experience with ETL development, reporting, and data integration.
• Strong understanding of London Market / Lloyd's insurance processes.
• Experience working with underwriting, bordereaux, claims, policy, or broker data.
• Exposure to Power BI and Azure data technologies is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Salary (Rate): £80,000.00 yearly
