The role: You'll be responsible for:
- Designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, meaningful insights.
- Analysing complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers and opportunities.
- Working directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Building and maintaining data models, DAX measures and visualisations using Power BI best practice.
- Ensuring data accuracy through validation, cleansing, reconciliation and strong data-quality controls.
- Automating recurring reporting and continuously improving existing dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What we're looking for: You'll bring strong hands-on experience in:
- Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and dashboard development.
- SQL for querying, transforming and preparing data.
- Data analysis and translating complex datasets into clear business insight.
- Stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
- Data quality, validation and reconciliation.
- Communicating analytical findings clearly to a range of audiences.
Nice to have
Experience with Databricks, Salesforce reporting, Python, Azure/AWS, ETL technologies or data modelling would be highly beneficial.
