BI Analyst Contract: 2 Months (Initial)

Location: Mayfair, London (3-4 days per week onsite)

Day Rate: Competitive

We're working with a fast-paced and data-driven organisation looking for an experienced BI Analyst to join the team on an initial 2-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organisation. This contract UIS likely to extend beyond the 2 months if the project goes well.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Extract, transform and analyse data from Snowflake data warehouses.
• Work alongside Engineering and Data teams to improve reporting and data accessibility.
• Translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations.
• Support ongoing BI and analytics initiatives across the business.
• Ensure data quality, governance and reporting accuracy.

Required Experience

• Strong experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or Analytics Consultant.
• Advanced Tableau dashboard development skills.
• Hands-on experience working with Snowflake.
• Strong SQL and data modelling capabilities.
• Experience working within modern cloud environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience delivering insights in a fast-moving business environment.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Knowledge of dbt.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Claude.
• Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Understanding of modern data platform and analytics best practices.

Working Arrangements

• Hybrid working model with 3-4 days per week onsite in Mayfair.
• Flexibility around office attendance can increase over time based on performance and team requirements.
• Immediate start preferred.
