Summary: The role is for a Band 7 OPAT & Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist within the Belfast HSCT, located at RVH & MIH. This temporary position offers the opportunity for flexible working arrangements from the first day of employment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical care in outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT).
- Support antimicrobial stewardship initiatives within the organization.
