We are currently looking for an experienced Benefits Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operation and performance of a Benefits service.
The role will oversee the administration of Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, Discretionary Housing Payments and other associated discretionary awards, with a key focus on improving processing performance, accuracy and service delivery.
