Key Responsibilities:

- Leading annual renewals, benchmarking exercises, and market reviews.
- Managing relationships with brokers and third-party providers, ensuring strong service delivery and commercial value.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and governance requirements.
- Partnering with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure accurate benefits administration and reporting.
- Reviewing utilisation data and costs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Enhancing benefits communication to improve employee engagement and understanding.
- Supporting broader reward or HR projects as required during the contract period.

The Role As Benefits Manager, you will take responsibility for the management and optimisation of the organisation’s employee benefits offering. You will act as the subject matter expert, ensuring programmes are competitive, compliant, and aligned to business needs.
