Key Responsibilities:

- Managing relationships with brokers and third-party providers, ensuring strong service delivery and commercial value.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and governance requirements.
- Partnering with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure accurate benefits administration and reporting.
- Reviewing utilisation data and costs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Enhancing benefits communication to improve employee engagement and understanding.
- Supporting broader reward or HR projects as required during the contract period.

This is an excellent opportunity for a benefits specialist to join a collaborative HR function and take ownership of the end-to-end benefits portfolio during a key period of transformation and delivery. This role will suit someone who is both operationally strong and strategically minded, with experience managing benefits renewals, vendor relationships, and compliance in a complex environment.
The Role As Benefits Manager, you will take responsibility for the management and optimisation of the organisation’s employee benefits offering. You will act as the subject matter expert, ensuring programmes are competitive, compliant, and aligned to business needs.
