Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate BAU support activities across SQL and data integration platforms.
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents involving SQL Server, SSIS, ETL processes and data issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Develop, optimise and troubleshoot complex T-SQL, stored procedures, views, functions and SQL Agent jobs.
- Design, develop and support SSIS 2019 packages and ETL workflows.
- Troubleshoot data loads involving CSV, Excel and SQL Server data sources.
- Diagnose performance issues, package failures and scheduling problems.
- Support deployments and releases across DEV, UAT and PROD environments.
- Manage incidents, defects and enhancements through JIRA.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks in Confluence.
- Work closely with Production support teams and technical/business stakeholders.
