Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all kitchen operations, maintaining Hotel Football’s high standards of food quality and service.
- Lead, train, and develop a skilled brigade of chefs to deliver exceptional dishes consistently.
- Plan and execute innovative banquet menus that align with Cafe Football’s brand and vision.
- Work closely with suppliers and purchasing teams to ensure efficient stock management and cost control.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
- Control food costs, optimise profit margins, and minimize waste through effective kitchen management.
- Oversee food preparation, portion control, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Foster a positive team culture, ensuring motivation and engagement among kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless execution of banqueting events.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a banqueting or high-volume kitchen.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
