  • Plan and execute innovative banquet menus that align with Cafe Football’s brand and vision.
  • Work closely with suppliers and purchasing teams to ensure efficient stock management and cost control.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
  • Control food costs, optimise profit margins, and minimize waste through effective kitchen management.
  • Oversee food preparation, portion control, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Foster a positive team culture, ensuring motivation and engagement among kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless execution of banqueting events.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a banqueting or high-volume kitchen.
