A leading contractor within the renewable energy sector is recruiting a Banksman to support plant and vehicle operations on a 40MW solar farm project local to Kidderminster, West Midlands. Working 10-hour days, you will direct plant movements, assist with safe manoeuvring and reversing, maintain exclusion zones, and ensure pedestrian safety across site. Full compliance with health and safety procedures is essential. Candidates must hold a valid CSCS card. Any CPCS or NPORS Banksman/Vehicle Marshal qualifications are beneficial.
