Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand the bank's IT cost structure and drivers of expenditure.
- Develop a clear mental model of the bank's IT architecture and its associated costs.
- Benchmark IT costs against industry standards and identify areas of improvement.
- Engage with CEO, CFO, COO, and CTO level stakeholders to secure buy-in for strategic plans.
- Communicate complex technical insights in a clear and persuasive manner to non-technical senior stakeholders.
- Propose creative solutions to optimize IT costs while adhering to local regulations and constraints.
Key Skills:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in IT cost management and architecture, preferably within the banking sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail and commercial banking IT infrastructures.
- Familiarity with GCC, and especially Saudi Arabian banking data and technology regulations.
