Summary: The role of Digital Business Analyst requires a professional with expertise in data, security, and cloud transformation to facilitate collaboration between business, data, and technology teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between business, data, and technology teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions align with enterprise cybersecurity standards and best practices.
  • Define and document requirements for the configuration and management of SSO (Single Sign-On) and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), enhancing security across cloud and on-prem applications.
  • Partner with Data Engineers to shape data integration and orchestration needs, ensuring efficient and scalable pipeline designs.
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis, data profiling, and lineage mapping to support digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance, metadata management, MDM (Master Data Management), and reporting frameworks.
  • Support cloud initiatives by leveraging knowledge in Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital, data, or cloud transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, including hands-on experience defining SSO and MFA requirements.
  • Expertise across the full data lifecycle: ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data lakes/lakehouse, Big Data, and AI/ML integration.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Proficiency with data governance and data visualisation tools (eg, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud and data platform services.
