Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer service journeys and identify opportunities for digital integration into the mobile app.
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, and operations to simplify and digitise contact centre workflows.
- Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, usage, and customer experience improvements.
- Support product roadmap development and feature prioritisation based on data insights.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure localisation and market relevance.
- Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of mobile banking features, from ideation to launch.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Product Analysis or Digital Product Management within mobile banking or large-scale consumer apps.
- Strong grasp of customer journey mapping, data-driven decision-making, and app-based service delivery.
- Experience working in multi-market environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with contact centre operations and digital transformation initiatives.
- Bonus: Experience with chatbots or conversational banking (especially relevant for India-based pods).

Protiviti Consulting is leading a global transformation programme to redesign and consolidate contact centre customer journeys into the mobile banking app—driving adoption and enhancing customer experience. Robert Half is supporting this initiative with contract talent. This is a hands-on Product Analyst role with a Digital Product Manager trajectory, reporting at a global level and collaborating with cross-market teams. You’ll be instrumental in shaping mobile banking features that embed customer service and support journeys directly into the app across multiple regions.
Assignment Details
Location: London (Hybrid, 1–2 days/week) or Hong Kong (Hybrid)
Duration: Initial 3–6 months (potential extension)
Day Rate: £300/day PAYE + 12.07% holiday pay (NI & tax deducted at source – no umbrella fees)
Start Date: ~2 weeks post onboarding & tech setup
