Mission:
Provide technical and functional support for core banking applications.
Manage incident resolution, troubleshooting, and escalation as needed.
Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system stability and enhancements.
Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to process improvements.
Maintain strong documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
Technical Proficiencies:
5+ years of experience in banking application support.
Avaloq experience (preferred) or experience supporting similar core banking platforms.
ITIL qualification (useful) for structured incident and problem management.
Strong triage and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving system issues.
