Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with staff and organizations regarding clinic arrangements and patient appointments.
  • Ensure clinical rooms are set up correctly for clinicians.
  • Manage supplies within clinical consulting and treatment rooms.
  • Receive and manage incoming correspondence and telephone inquiries.
  • Provide chaperone support for clinical staff as needed.
  • Facilitate safe dispatch of clinical specimens to the hospital.
