Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage risk and safety in customers' living environments.
  • Assist customers with domestic tasks and maintain high-quality accommodation.

  • Handle administrative responsibilities and service caseloads effectively.
  • Report observations regarding customers' welfare to management.
