Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop SMART recommendations for improvements in care and service delivery.
  • Raise urgent issues to Commissioners via the Death in Custody Service Manager.
  • Attend inquests to provide evidence based on investigation findings.
  • Participate in continuous professional development opportunities.
