Summary: The Band 6 Occupational Therapist will provide community-based care at Midland Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, focusing on patient-centered interventions to promote independence. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions
Key Skills:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience in community-based occupational therapy

- Experience in managing complex caseloads is desirable
