Summary: We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer proficient in Python and PostgreSQL to design and implement scalable backend solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop backend components, services, and RESTful APIs
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable Python backend systems
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases
- Own and reduce technical debt
- Continuously improve backend performance, reliability, and code quality
- Contribute to and influence the product roadmap and KPIs
- Promote best practices in coding standards, testing, and CI/CD
- Mentor team members and strengthen software engineering culture
