Back End Developer

Summary: The Back End Developer role focuses on developing backend services and tools aimed at monitoring and optimizing platform and infrastructure costs. The position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance existing systems and implement proactive measures for cost management. Candidates will also be responsible for troubleshooting platform issues and ensuring high availability. Proficiency in cloud platforms and experience with the Sprinklr platform are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services and tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize platform and infrastructure costs.
• Build automation and governance tools for managing infrastructure resources and preventing cost overruns.
• Maintain and improve existing systems, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.
• Implement proactive alerts, dashboards, and analytics for real-time visibility into infrastructure spending.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Finance, and Product teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, working closely with Sprinklr support when necessary.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Java/Python.
• 5+ years of experience developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their cost management tools and APIs.
• 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, scripting, reporting, and administration on the Sprinklr platform.
• Proven experience integrating Sprinklr with at least two third-party applications (e.g., Salesforce).
• Knowledge of database optimization, caching strategies, and infrastructure cost management practices.
• Experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Amazon Connect) - Nice to have.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Telecommunication background will be an added advantage.
