Summary: The role of BA/PM for Microsoft Copilot Agent and Viva Suite products involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing digital workplace solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management for the implementation of Microsoft Copilot Agent and Viva Suite products.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across IT, HR, Communications, and business units to ensure alignment and resource availability.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
- Track adoption metrics and user feedback to inform continuous improvement and change management strategies.
- Support governance and compliance efforts related to Microsoft 365 tools and data usage.
Key Skills:
- Strong program or project management experience, ideally in digital workplace or Microsoft 365 environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Viva (Connections, Insights, Learning) and Copilot capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
