Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global Operations, Technology, Business, and Compliance teams.
- Drive the transformation initiatives within the Investment Bank.
- Remediate issues and roadblocks to ensure successful project completion.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to deliver projects.
Key Skills:
- Strong BA/PM experience in a global banking or capital markets environment.
- Knowledge of Markets & Securities Services products and trade lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of treasury/liquidity (nice to have).
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word (Access a plus).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.

Are you an experienced BA/PM with strong delivery expertise across complex, high-impact change initiatives in global financial services environments? We're working with an Investment Bank undergoing a major strategic re-engineering and they're looking to onboard a BA to help drive the transformation forward.
This is a high-visibility role where you'll collaborate with global Operations, Technology, Business, and Compliance teams, as well as senior stakeholders across the bank.
Experience Reuired:
- Strong BA/PM experience in a global banking or capital markets environment. (More focus on BA skills over PM)
- Strong working knowledge of Markets & Securities Services products, environments, and trade lifecycle
- Working knowledge of treasury / liquidity (nice to have)
- Ability remediate issues / roadblocks and drive successful completion
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word (Access a plus).
- Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage risk, solve problems, and influence senior stakeholders.
