Summary: The SAP Business Analyst will lead the design and implementation of optimized record-to-report processes using SAP S/4 HANA, focusing on enhancing efficiency through automation and improved analytics. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring data integrity and system integration. The position is part of a multi-phased project, with an emphasis on the initial phase involving various SAP modules. The analyst will also provide support for user acceptance testing and training on new functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process analysis and enhancement using SAP S/4 HANA capabilities.
• Requirement gathering and documentation in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Solution design and validation for enterprise structures and month-end close processes.
• Data cleansing and mapping to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• System integration and testing for reliability and accuracy.
• UAT support and management of defects.
• PGLS support as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4 HANA modules.

Key Skills:

• Experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4 migrations.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules (FI, CO, AA).
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 Activate methodology.
• Process mapping and requirements documentation using SAP Cloud ALM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules preferred.
• Strong competency in MS Office tools.
