Detailed Description From Employer:

Your new company We are seeking a 6-month Fixed Term Contract to join our fabulous client in the FMCG space. This role is initially 6 months but could result in something more long-term.

Your new role In this Supply Chain Customer Service role, you will manage a team of 3 to support the seamless running of the B2B supply chain function, of which they manage c. 2,000 orders per week. As the team leader, you will be responsible for all order fulfilment and any invoicing or credit queries. You will be responsible for onboarding into their ERP systems and support the sales team to deliver customer objectives.

What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will have experience across B2B Supply Chain and be experienced in order to cash process. You will have experience working with logistics providers and ensure KPIS and SLAs are being adhered to. You will be the escalation point for any delivery issues, so strong customer service and client exposure is key.

What you'll get in return In return, there may be longer-term opportunities within this business. They do offer hybrid working, but you must be able to attend the Uxbridge office 2-3 days per week.
