Job Overview: Our client is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized B2B Social Media Content Creator (Video AI Tools) to lead the execution of a multi-brand content strategy across several digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B content marketing experience who can blend thought leadership, storytelling, AI-powered content creation, and social media management into engaging campaigns that build brand authority and audience engagement. The successful candidate will manage content across corporate and executive personal branding channels, creating compelling content that resonates with senior enterprise decision-makers while maintaining distinct brand voices. This is a highly autonomous role requiring excellent copywriting, content planning, video editing, and AI content creation skills. Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-time flexible during client business hours, (London, UK Timezone) 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Manage the day-to-day social media presence across multiple brands. Execute a content strategy focused primarily on LinkedIn while maintaining supporting channels including Instagram, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and X. Publish a minimum of 3–5 high-quality social media posts each week. Schedule and manage content using appropriate social media management tools. Maintain a consistent publishing cadence aligned with business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Write engaging, persuasive, and platform-specific copy across multiple brand voices. Produce educational, thought leadership, and storytelling content tailored for B2B audiences. Develop branded graphics, infographics, and carousel posts using Canva or similar design tools. Repurpose long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, articles, and webinars into short-form social content. Create engaging short-form videos using AI avatar platforms such as HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar technologies. Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to plan campaigns and align messaging. Adapt content for different audiences while maintaining brand consistency. Support executive personal branding initiatives alongside corporate marketing campaigns.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels. Respond to comments and basic audience engagement activities. Escalate inquiries where appropriate. Help strengthen audience relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Performance Reporting: Track key social media metrics. Prepare monthly performance reports and insights. Recommend improvements based on engagement and performance analytics. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign optimization.
