Key Skills:

  • Proven experience and a strong track record in B2B sales or procurement, with a deep understanding of sales cycles, methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, Solution Selling), and best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience as a coach, mentor, sales manager or procurement leader with a passion for developing sales talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences in their native language, and ideally in English.

The Role

As a B2B Sales Coach at Abeille .ai, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-impact sales coaching to our diverse clientele. You'll leverage your expertise in B2B sales or procurement, along with our platform, to help sales professionals and teams achieve their targets, grow professionally, win deals, and master the art and science of modern selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and tailor coaching programs to address specific challenges.
  • Deliver engaging and effective 1:1 or group coaching sessions (primarily online) to B2B sales professionals and teams.
  • Utilise and champion the Abeille .ai platform and methodologies to enhance the coaching experience and outcomes.

What We're Looking For
