Summary: The B2B Social Media Manager role focuses on developing and executing LinkedIn marketing strategies for a leading global brand, emphasizing both paid and organic approaches. This fixed-term contract position requires immediate availability and aims to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects and collaborate with various teams to optimize campaign performance. This role is structured for four days a week, with a blend of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn awareness and lead-generation campaigns aligned with the strategic marketing calendar.
  • Recommend ad formats, messaging, and budgets based on campaign objectives.
  • Create engaging organic content that maximises platform algorithms and audience engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of execution.
  • Collaborate with designers to brief, review, and produce high-impact assets tailored to a B2B audience.
  • Plan and execute an 'always-on' content calendar, incorporating reactive and pre-planned content.
  • Utilise analytic and insights to batch-produce organic content.
  • Lead brand awareness campaigns across LinkedIn, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimise campaign results.
  • Manage large quarterly budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with the Communications Manager and cross-functional teams, including design, strategic marketing, analytic, and product marketing.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate on best practices to enhance content performance.

Key Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B paid and organic social media, specifically LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn ad campaign management, including audience targeting, campaign structuring, and performance optimization.
  • Strong copy-writing skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
  • Experience working with designers to create visually compelling assets.
  • Detail-oriented approach to campaign setup, content approvals, and performance tracking.
  • Background in tech or media industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of working with multiple languages is a bonus.
