You will be embedded in a team dedicated to helping businesses ranging from enterprises to startups, educational institutions and government agencies to see the benefits of our technology come to life. About the role: Our client s start up Hub in London is a community space dedicated to in-person education and engagement for startups and developers. It is open five days a week with business hours running from 9am-6pm on a typical day or until 9pm to accommodate evening events. The space provides visitors with hands-on learning for our clients Cloud and Partner solutions and access to experts. They host exclusive sessions with industry leaders and facilitate valuable networking opportunities with investors and peers. The Cloud Hubs are also a local startup community asset where key partners can also host events.Core Responsibilities:End to end event management with a particular emphasis on pre-event planning and post event reporting (while still being on site for events)Website and demand generation marketingContent programming Speaker (internal and external) selection & bookingVenue booking via GEMS (in alignment with Events vendor)Content production (e.g., slides, demos etc.)On-day event coordination with events vendor Creation of event landing pagesAttendance tracking & Salesforce lead uploads Creation of event follow up process (email follow up, sales briefs)Monitoring of event performanceQualifications:BA/BS level or equivalent in Marketing12-18 months Marketing/Event experience
