A previously placed client that has received fantastic feedback directly from candidates.Your new roleIn your new role as Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of all aspects of digital marketing activities, including Website, CRM database, SEO, emailing campaigns, and display advertising campaigns. You will also be responsible for enabling LinkedIn promotions & ensure Integration of social media platforms with other marketing channels in campaign planning is met. You will have a data first approach & ensure marketing activity is assessed against goals (ROI and KPIs). You will also have 1 junior direct report where you will be responsible for their training & development journey.This would suit a candidate who has strong B2B industry experience & has held executional digital marketing roles within medium size business.What you need to succeed4-7 years experience within an executional digital marketing role (MS Dynamics, Word Press CMS, Hootsuite, Google Analytics and enabling LinkedIn promotions) or similar (Essential)Experience within a B2B environment (Essential)Team management experience (1 report/ intern)Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Digital first mindsetStrong stakeholder management skillsProject managementWhat do you get in returnIn return you will receive an annual salary of up 60,000 (some potential flex) & an array of competitive benefits.
