Summary: MPI is seeking B1 and B2 Licensed Engineers for a 3-6 month contract at Stansted Airport, requiring recency on Embraer Phenom 300 and/or Embraer Legacy. The role involves performing maintenance and certification in compliance with regulatory standards while ensuring safety and quality. Engineers will work six days a week, with potential for varied shift patterns, and the position is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and non-routine maintenance tasks on aircraft including inspections and defect rectification.
- Communicate progress of inputs/projects daily through written reports and meetings.
- Liaise with hangar management regarding progress, manpower, and third-party requirements.
- Ensure all activities comply with company and Health and Safety procedures.
- Monitor quality of all scheduled and non-routine work cards for timely service release.
- Ensure adequate handovers between shifts and departments.
- Liaise with customer representatives and fulfill customer requests during maintenance checks.
- Seek improvements to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Perform any other duties as required by the Deputy Head of Maintenance.
