Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate organisational needs and develop technical solutions.
• Identify and assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient device management.
• Review existing content for accuracy and alignment with Windows best practices.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience with VDI solutions, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop and/or Citrix.
• Proficient in Azure cloud services, particularly Entra, Networking, Azure Firewall, and DNS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps.
• Experience in deploying cloud infrastructure through IaC, preferably Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills, especially in PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Intune MDM and configuration profiles.
• Experience with RSAT tooling, particularly Active Directory and GPO.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
