Summary: The Integration Architect role focuses on leading the design and governance of a central API Management gateway in Azure, with an emphasis on cross-jurisdictional REST APIs. Key Responsibilities:
- Define solution architecture for a unified API gateway, ensuring security, reliability, and observability.
- Develop and socialise integration standards, patterns, and publishing guidance for product teams.
- Embed integration assurance into governance forums (eg TAB) to ensure compliance with standards.
- Work closely with Platform Ops, Engineering CoE, Security, and product teams to onboard new APIs.
- Maintain dynamic views of the current and target integration landscape using tools such as Ardoq.
