Key Responsibilities:

  • Create support documentation for handover provided by project team using shadowing and reverse shadowing techniques.
  • Support migrations from current Hub and Spoke architecture to Secure vWAN hub in Azure.
  • Act as the go-to person for network support requirements within the squad.
  • Work independently on support issues and escalate incidents with vendors as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineers, testers, and other team members for migration work and DR tests, including out-of-hours work where applicable.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Key Skills:

  • Azure networking (NSG, VNet peering, UDR, Route Table, Private Link/Endpoint, Load balancer).
  • Deployment and support experience of Azure vWAN Hub and Palo Alto Cloud NGFW.
  • Experience building VPNs with other cloud providers and appliances.
  • Management of Advanced Threat Protection features in Palo Alto Cloud NGFW.
  • Checkpoint and Azure Firewall (desirable).
  • Azure DNS.
  • Infoblox DDI.
  • ExpressRoute and VNET gateways.
  • Infrastructure as Code Management - Terraform, Azure ADO (desirable).
