Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimise system performance and scalability.
- Monitor and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and related services.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching to ensure system security and stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and hosted applications.
- Support and maintain environments that integrate with Oracle technologies, ensuring smooth interoperability and performance.
- Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organisational security standards and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and guidance to end-users and internal stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Microsoft Azure infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, and Azure security concepts.
- Exposure to Oracle technologies (eg, Oracle databases or Oracle Cloud integrations).
- Proficiency with Scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, and Azure CLI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

We are currently seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimising Azure-based environments while ensuring performance, security, and operational excellence.
